Ingram, a two-year letter winner, earned National Fastpitch Coaches Association Third Team All-America honors as a designated hitter in 2002, and First Team All-America honors as a catcher in 2003.  She was two-time All-Region and All-Conference selection and was named the 2003 Diamond Sports Catcher of the Year for NCAA Division II.

Ingram was an NFCA Scholar-Athlete in 2002 and 2003, and a Lone Star Conference All-Academic Team selection in 2003.  She played at Blinn College for two seasons and earned Region All-Academic Team honors in 2001.

Ingram also served as a student assistant coach from 2003-04, and then as a graduate assistant coach from 2004-2005 at TWU. 

Ingram earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2003, and completed her master’s degree in sports administration in 2005 at TWU.
