DENTON, Texas (Aug. 6, 2025) - The Texas Woman's Pioneers are committed to pursuing excellence in competition, in the classroom and in the community.

As a reflection of that commitment, two TWU student-athletes have been nominated to be honored as members of the 2025-26 Allstate NACDA Good Works Fall Team.

According to NACDA, "the Allstate NACDA Good Works Team is an initiative to recognize and honor student-athletes who demonstrate levels of volunteerism and civic engagement that are above and beyond their success and achievements in the classroom and competition. The goal of the program is to provide recognition for these future community leaders, their teams, academic institutions, and the communities they support."

Athletes who are nominated must have made a significant contribution to their team on and off the field of play, showcase outstanding character and dedication in the classroom and display commitment to their community through service groups, charitable organizations or a personal cause. The Fall Team will honor athletes who compete in fall sports.

The two nominees from TWU are Erica Brelove, from TWU Soccer, and Tori Woods, from TWU Volleyball.
