Junior Kristin Edwards has been selected as the Pioneer of the Week for the week of Oct. 3-9, 2011.

"Kristin has been displaying outstanding leadership and work ethic both in and out of the gym," said TWU head coach Lisa Bowerman.  "She has been working extremely hard and has pushed through some tough obstacles in the past couple of weeks and has done so with a positive attitude.  We are very proud of the standard that Kristin is holding herself to and the leader that she is becoming.  We know there are more great things to come for her!"
