Erin Golston has joined the Pioneers as a Graduate Assistant, where she will support the Wrestling Head Coach with daily operations, including practice sessions, technique instruction, and the creation of the team’s newsletter. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Management, Golston plans to graduate in the spring. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a focus on Strength and Conditioning from the University of Colorado.
Most recently, Golston competed in her fourth Olympic Trials in April, successfully earning a spot on the sixth Senior National Team. More of her impressive accomplishments include being nationally ranked No. 4 at 50 kg, a two-time US Open Senior National Champion, a three-time Olympic Team Trials Qualifier, a silver medalist at the 2019 Pan American Championships, and a three-time Junior World Medalist. In addition to her athletic achievements, Golston is passionate about event operations and youth advocacy through sport, aspiring to make a positive impact in her community.
Golston holds several certifications from USA Wrestling, including Copper Level Certified, Bronze Level Certified, Teal Level Certified, and Safesport Training Current.
