Pitcher Ashley Martin starred in the Pioneers' 1-0 victory in game one of a doubleheader versus Northwood (Texas) on Sunday, Feb. 1. Martin, a senior from Santa Fe, Texas, gave up just one hit in 5 2/3 innings of work to pick up her first win, and first shutout, of the season.
