Junior pitcher Brandie Lander picked up two wins and two saves to help the Pioneers to a third-place finish at the NFCA Leadoff Classic over the weekend of Feb. 15-17.  She pitched two complete games and struck out a team-high 14 batters.  For the season, Lander is the TWU team leader with 5-1 record, a 2.16 ERA and 29 strikeouts.
