Texas Woman's University Athletics

Sophomore pitcher Katie Hines won two games against Texas A&M-Kingsville over the weekend (Mar. 2-3) to improve her season record to 8-0.  She also went 4-for-10 at the plate with two doubles, two home runs, three runs and four RBI.  For the season, she leads the TWU pitching staff with 2.57 ERA in 49.0 innings pitched.  Offensively, Hines is second on the team with a .410 batting average.  She also has team-best nine doubles.
