TWU is looking for their first win since Sept. 14 with a 4-0 victory over Southern Nazarene. Freshman midfielder Jazmine Navarro ranks second in the Lone Star Conference in assists with four, while senior midfielder Chelsea Martin has two game-winning goals on the year to sit second in the league and leads the Pioneers with four goals to rank third in the LSC.
 
About UT Permian Basin
The Falcons secured their lone win in conference play with a 1-0 victory versus Eastern New Mexico Sept. 29. Chenoa Crites is tops in the LSC in saves with an average of 7.88, which ranks eighth in the nation. Deonna Green has totaled three goals for UTPB, while four Falcons have each tallied one.
 
History between TWU and UTPB
The 2016 season marked the first times the teams had faced one another, with each claiming a win on the visitors' field.

DENTON, Texas (Oct. 30, 2016) – Texas Woman's University was unable to secure a score against UT Permian Basin in a 1-0 loss during the final regular season game for the Pioneers Sunday afternoon on TWU Soccer Field.
TWU (9-8-1, 5-7-0 LSC) outshot the Falcons (2-13-1, 2-10-0 LSC) 12-to-5, however UTPB recorded five shots on goals compared to three by the Pioneers. The Falcons totaled four corner kicks to three from TWU, and Samantha Jimenez registered four saves while the Falcons had three.
