TWU vs. TAMIU - GAME NOTES
DENTON, Texas - The Texas Woman's University basketball team (3-8, 3-8 Lone Star Conference) returns to action on Saturday, February 13, hosting Texas A&M International (8-3, 6-3) in a 3 p.m. game inside Kitty Magee Arena.Â

- Live video and statistics are available at www.twuathletics.com. The Lone Star Conference has adopted a pay-per-view model for webstreaming this year, where fans will be able to purchase a $10 daily pass that will give them access to all football, volleyball, and basketball contests on the network for the day, as well as previously-aired games from the current season for a 24 hour period. Fans will have the option to purchase and download games from the 2020-21 season for $10 each.Â
THREE THINGS TO KNOW
- JUST STAY HOME - Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, TWU home basketball games are closed to spectators.Â
- CONTINUING THE CLIMB -Â With her eight-point effort against West Texas A&M, senior forward Ma'K'La Woods moved up to 707 career points, passing Debbie Adams (1979-81) for 23rd all-time at TWU. She now sits 15 points behind Alexis Nezianya (2015-18) for 22nd.Â
- THE ALL-TIME SERIES - Saturday's game will be the eighth all-time meeting between TAMIU and TWU. The Pioneers won the first two meetings in the series, but the Dustdevils have won the most recent two - including a win in December that became a conference game this week.
