DANCING FEVER:
  •  HIP-HOP: Hip-hop dancing is known for freestyle and creativity. In the Pioneers last game, they struggled to score the ball from the floor. The Pioneers strengths lie in their ability to play inside to outside – from the post out to the 3-point line. They will have to look for multiple ways to score against the Roadrunners to get the win on Friday.
  • SALSA: The salsa is known as a passionate dance. The Pioneers passion on the floor is ignited by their defense. TWU forces an average of 18.3 turnovers per game. On Friday, they will need to ignite their defense early to stifle the scoring of the Roadrunners, who typically average 69.2 points per game.
  • THE FIRST DANCE: The Pioneers and Roadrunners met in TWU's second game of the season on Nov. 13. The Pioneers won the game in triple overtime, 86-83. In that game, the Pioneers held the Roadrunners to just seven points in the second quarter, but MSU-Denver scored 42 points in the paint to TWU's 28. The Pioneers will need to defend strong and look to shut down the Roadrunners post players in the game on Friday.
