HOME SWEET HOME

  • A LOOK AT THE BRONCHOS: After coming off of a 8-20 season last year, the Bronchos were picked 11th in the MIAA Preseason Poll. As they go into the 2024-25 season, with their third-year head coach Emma Andrews, the Bronchos hope to continue to grow this season. During their last game, LaKysia Johnson led the Bronchos to 13 points while Talia Pogi scored 11. Senior forward Korie Allensworth currently leads the Bronchos, averaging 13.3 points per game.
  • A LOOK AT THE PIONEERS: Coming off of their first loss of the season, the Pioneers, going into this game, hope to respond with a win. With Ashley Ingram recording her third double-double of the season and the team out-rebounding UTT 41 to 30, TWU hopes to take the lessons they learned from this loss into their next game. As TWU committed 20 turnovers during their last game, the Pioneers hope to reduce this and hold their opponents defensively to low scoring.
  • AN EXTENSIVE HISTORY: The Pioneers and the Bronchos have an extremely deep history as they have played a total of 35 games together. The Pioneers have only won five out of the 35 games with their most recent win being in 2013. However, the Pioneers have not played UCO since the 2017-18 season. Being their first game in seven years, UCO and TWU embark on a memorable meeting.
