Senior Brista Michael (pictured) has been selected as this week's TWU Gymnastics Pioneer of the Week (P.O.W.). Michael is a native of Caldwell, Idaho and a product of Bronco Elite Arts and Athletics.

TWU head coach Frank Kudlac said Michael was an easy choice as this week's P.O.W.

"Day in and day out Brista embodies what I want a TWU gymnast to be," said Kudlac. "She is an outstanding student, a tireless worker in the gym, and a fierce competitor. I was especially pleased with her this week because she managed to have a great week of practice despite having to deal with midterms and several other academic obligations."
