Pioneer Hall Fitness Facility

The strength and fitness facility located on the third floor of Pioneer Hall has various pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, stairmasters, and stationary bikes. The expansive strength training area includes free weights and selectorized weights. There are also multiple group exercise studios and a spacious stretching area. TWU student-athletes utilize this facility for team and individual strength and conditioning sessions.
