Junior Caroline Hilpisch from Stillwater, MN, has been selected as the Pioneer of the Week for the week of Sunday, Sept. 20 - Saturday, Sept. 26.

Hilpisch, coming off an injury, has been stronger than ever in the gym.  She has increased her overall strength and improved the consistency of all her skills.

“Caroline works hard every single day in the gym," said assistant coach Lisa Klein.  "She never complains or thinks twice about doing what is asked of her. She is not only excelling in the gym, but also in the classroom. Caroline is the ideal student and athlete. As coaches we feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to coach someone with her leadership, personality and work ethic.”
