Junior Mollie Blessing from Plano, TX, has been selected as the Pioneer of the Week for the week of Sunday, Oct. 18 – Saturday, Oct. 24.

Blessing made a hard decision to redshirt this year due to injuries and has taken on a role as a student coach for the team. She has done an incredible job of embracing this role and has been enthusiastic and helpful.

“We feel that the team is very fortunate to have Mollie helping us in this new role this year,” said assistant coach Lisa Klein. “Although we will miss her gymnastics contributions this season we are confident that her help as a coach will show in the team’s performance!”
