Hello again Pioneer Gymnastics Fans!

It has been another fantastic week in the gym! Even with finals this week and next, we didn’t let that stop us in the gym. Our coaches really raised the level of expectations in the gym this week and we took on that challenge and had a great week. We took our outstanding Intra Squad meet and used that as a stepping stone for where we need to be by the time our first meet rolls around in January.

We continued to do lots and lots of numbers in the gym. We are doing lots of routines on all of the events and we are starting to polish up the little things now. We are really focusing on our finishes and sticking our landings and making our handstands on bars and we are working together to hold ourselves accountable for these things. I was just so proud of the hard work that this team put in this week. You never would have known that it was finals week. Everyone came into the gym with their game face on, ready to be efficient and get some really great work done, and that’s exactly what we did. We all agreed to hold each other accountable and continue our training over the Christmas break.

We are going to be more than ready to rock it in the gym when we come back! Thanks you so much fans for all of your support. It is very much appreciated!
