Junior Marcella Fallon has been selected as the Pioneer of the Week for the week of Sept. 6 12, 2010.

The TWU Gymnastics coaching staff presented this award to Marcella because of the leadership skills that she has displayed.

"We all recognize her efforts to be a good leader for this team both vocally as well as by example," said TWU assistant gymnastics coach Lisa Bowerman.  "We are also very proud of how hard she worked this summer to maintain her fitness level and gymnastics. Even more outstanding, is that we have seen her continue to push herself everyday to continue improving in these areas!!!! We are very proud of Marcella for the outstanding leader that she is becoming."
