Junior Sara Grunert has been selected as the Pioneer of the Week for the week of Nov. 14-20, 2011.

"Sara has been showing a ton of improvement on every event in the past few weeks," said TWU head coach Lisa Bowerman.  "She is working very hard on upgraded skills and making the skills that she already has even better!  She comes to the gym every day with a great attitude and ready to work hard.  Outside of the gym she also continues to excel academically while be very active in the Honors program as well as the student athlete advisory committee.  We are very proud of the well-rounded leader that Sara has become for our team."
