Junior Bethany Larimer has been selected as the Pioneer of the Week for the week of Feb. 6-12, 2012.

"Bethany has been impressing her team and coaches with an incredible amount of persistance," said TWU head coach Lisa Bowerman.  "Despite pain, she has continued to work extremely hard in the gym, always with a great attitude.  She has also really stepped up for the team by competing 3 events at every meet and taking on the starter position on beam."

"In addition to her great work in the gym and the competition arena, she has also been succeeding in school and working hard to reach her academic potential," Bowerman said.  "We are very proud of Bethany and the great leader that she is for this team."
