TICKET POLICIES

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

No outside food or drink is allowed. No pets or ESA animals are allowed, only certified service animals will be allowed in the venue.

Children under five years of age do not require a ticket.

All TWU venues have a CLEAR BAG POLICY. Fans with prohibited bags or items will be denied entry into the facility and refund of tickets will not be provided. Please see our CLEAR BAG POLICY for permissible bags and items.
