AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
Monteys Vinardell placed fourth in her debut for the Pioneers in the trio competition with a score of 68.3500 points on Feb. 4 at the Jessica Beck Memorial Competition against Ohio State and Michigan. She contributed to TWU’s third place finishes at the South Zone Regional Collegiate Championships and Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships, after competing in A Technical figures. Monteys Vinardell helped guide the team to a fourth place finish in the U.S. Collegiate Nationals.

PRIOR TO TWU
Ada Monteys Vinardell, from Barcelona, Spain, has competed in artistic swimming for 15 years. She also participated in cheerleading for one year. While in high school, Monteys Vinardell was an exchange student in the United States in Arkansas. While swimming in Spain, she was a multiple Spain and Catalonia champion. During her 15 years, she swam for multiple clubs: Sincro Mataro, Club Natació Granollers and Club natacio Cardedeu. Monteys Vinardell will be studying Business Administration at TWU.
