Biography

AS A FRESHMAN (2025) 
Kizis had a decorated first season with the Pioneers, as she received a USA Artistic Swimming All-Collegiate Award in her first season with the Pioneers. She helped guide the Pioneers to a season-opening win against UCLA. At the meet at UCLA, she swam trio with Eva Lafontan and Maya Schwickert and placed first. Then, with Team Minvera, she placed first. She also swam duet with Lafontan, and the duo placed first. In A Figures at UCLA, she placed fifth. At UIW, in the second meet of the season against UIW and The Ohio State, Kizis swam with Team Minerva and placed fourth. Kizis swam trio at the MPSF Championships with Lafontan and Schwickert, and they placed fifth. Team Minerva and Kizis also placed fifth at the MPSF competition. Then, as a team, the Pioneers recorded a third place finish at the MPSF Championships. In historical fashion, Kizis and the Pioneers also claimed their first South Regionals title in program history. At South Regionals, Kizis swam in trio with Eva Lafontan and Maya Schwickert, which placed first. She also swam the team routine with Team Minerva, which placed first. At Collegiate Nationals, the Pioneers finished fourth. Kizis swam in the trio event with Schwickert and Lafontan and placed fifth with a basemark-free swim. Then, with Team Miverva, Kizis and the Pioneers placed seventh in the team category. 

PRIOR TO TWU

From Federal Way, Washington, Kizis joined the Pioneers after swimming for 12 years with Pacific Waves Sychronized Swimming. Committed to excellence in the pool and in the classroom, Kizis was honored as having a Top 10% GPA in the state of Washington in 2024, while attending Decatur High School.
