2008: Started 44 games in left field for TWU during her sophomore season…posted solid numbers at the plate with 37 hits in 157 at bats…her eight doubles were the fourth-most on the team…scored 12 runs and drove in seven more…walked 16 times, third on the Pioneer roster behind Tiffanie Boone and Meagan Peiser…totaled seven two-hit games…had a five-game hitting streak from Feb. 10 vs. Henderson State through Feb. 15 vs. Washburn…best game of the season was against Texas Wesleyan on Apr. 2 when she had two hits (including a double) and drove in two runs in a 6-1 Pioneer win…tallied three outfield assists and 51 putouts.
2007: Multi-talented player started 52 games in the outfield for the Pioneers as a freshman…led all TWU players with five homeruns and a .413 slugging percentage…totaled 33 hits in 138 at bats for a .239 batting average… second on the club with 19 walks and a .338 on base percentage… third on the team in doubles (9)…had 60 total bases and five sacrifice hits…tallied eight multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games…ended the season with an eight-game hitting streak…best game of the season came on April 10, 2007, when she collected three hits, scored three runs, and knocked in a run in a 6-1 win over Texas Wesleyan University…had 45 putouts and two assists on 47 outfield chances.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four-years (2003-06) of varsity softball at Richland Hills High School in North Richland Hills, Texas...in 2003, she helped the Rebels to both the area and the District 6-4A championship...earned honorable mention All-District 6-4A in 2003...also recognized as a member of the Who’s Who Among American Students for Sports in 2003...chosen for the 2004 All-District 6-4A second team...a member of the 2005 All-District 5-5A first team...played basketball in high school as well...notable academic accomplishments in high school include a 2003 selection to the Who’s Who Among American Students for Academics, and membership in the National Honor Roll Society and the National Society of High School Scholars.
