- Was named on both the Dean’s List and President’s List 2011 and 2012

- All four years of high school play was named Team MVP
- 2007 was named All-District Newcomer of the year and All Henderson County Newcomer of the year
- In 2008 was named to the First Team All-District Pitcher and Second Team All Henderson County Pitcher
- 2009-10’ named First Team All-District Pitcher
- In 2010 was named on the Academic All-District Team
- Graduated from Mabank High School in 2010
- 2007-08 was on the All “A” Honor Roll
- Was a part of the Junior National Honor Society and the National Honor Society
- Received the US National Honor Student Award
- 2008-09 was on the A/AB Honor Roll
- 09’ Received Panther Pride Award in English and Academic Excellence in Psychology
- 2010 was a part of the National Honor Society and was on the All “A” Honor Roll
- Was awarded the Academic Award in Science in 2010
-Played club ball with Texas Travelers Jones from 2007-11’
