Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2023)
Morton started in 38 games for TWU, where she scored six runs, three RBIs, three stolen bases, and 63 putouts as a fielder. She recorded a season high six putouts against St. Mary’s on April 20. The shortstop was named on the Fall 2022 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO TWU
Transferred from Southern Arkansas University where they were conference champions two years in a row (2021-2022)...attended West Rusk High School where she volunteered her free time as a coach for the Special Olympics...competed in cross country and softball throughout high school... Four-time All-District, All-Region, and All-State, followed by one-time All-American. made three postseason appearances during the 2017,2018, and 2019 playoffs...played for the Texas Blaze North Texas.
