Jasmine Owens brings energy, expertise, and decorated knowledge of what it means to be a winner in STUNT.

She was named the inaugural coach of TWU's STUNT program on December 23, 2020.

Most recently, Owens led the Pioneers to a program best 11 win season in her third year as head coach. The Pioneers went on to place third in the inaugural Lone Star Conference Championships and Owens and her staff also won Co-Coaching Staff of the Year. Owens coached LSC Freshman of the Year Jocelyn Dennie and five other All-LSC honorees in Jasmine Monroe, Allison Schneider, Kailen Smalls, Alicia Kenney, and Laurel Jones.

Owens previously served as an assistant coach at Dallas Baptist, helping the Patriots launch their STUNT program while also working as the Game-Ready Director for Mustang Cheer. Owens served as an NCA Instructor for over five years in NCA's most elite coaching programs, the Speed and Collegiate circuits.

In college, Owens cheered and stunted for Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. During her career at Oklahoma State, Owens was named College STUNT Association Athlete of the Year and was a three-time first-team All-America selection in STUNT and a four-time NCA All-American. While on the team, Owens helped lead the Cowgirls to four national titles in STUNT and three silver medals at NCA College Nationals.

Owens was included in the 2018 Women's Sports Foundation Annual Salute to Women in Sports, becoming just the fifth STUNT student-athlete to be recognized.
