Kaylie Gudka joined TWU as a graduate assistant in 2017. The following year, she would go on to obtain her master’s degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in coaching from TWU. A former student-athlete, Gudka played two years at the Wyoming before concluding her collegiate career at Regis (CO), where she served as team captain. In each of her two seasons at Regis, she helped lead the Rangers to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference tournament, which culminated with an NCAA South Central Regional Tournament berth in 2017. Gudka captured All-RMAC Second Team honors in 2016 and was named All-RMAC Honorable Mention in 2017.
A native of Thornton, Colorado, Gudka was a standout at Horizon High School where she was named Conference Player of the Year in 2013 and was also an All-Region selection. She would go on to finish her career averaging a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Gudka, formerly Kaylie Rader, lives in Fort Worth with her husband Alan.Â
