HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of Irving High School...team captain her senior year...named All-District in 2006, 2007 and 2008...also selected to the 2008 Academic All-District...National Honor Society...Who’s Who Among American High School Students...also lettered in track...had 11 years of perfect attendance.

PERSONAL: Born July 9, 1990…the daughter of Donald and Darcus Ford…has one sister, Ja’Nay...majoring in occupational therapy...mother graduated from Texas Woman’s in 1982.
