PRIOR TO TWU 
From Canyon, Texas, Jaylee Moss played for Canyon High School. She was named the District Newcomer of the Year in 2021-22. In 2022-23, she was named the District Offensive MVP. Then, in 2023-24, she was named the District MVP. She was a two-time All-Region honoree, a two-time TGCA All-State awardee, and she was twice named to the THSCA Super Team. In 2023-24, Moss was named TABC All-State and to the State Tournament Team. She additionally broke a record, going 7-for-7 from the three point line at the State Tournament. She helped guide her team to three District Championships, two Regional Finals, one Regional Championship and one State Runner-Up finish. From 2021-24, she played for three travel teams - Premier, Hoop and HOH. In addition to success on the court, she also experienced success in the classroom. She was named Academic All-District three times, Top 10 in her class for three straight years and Moss was inducted into the National Honor Society her junior year. Moss is also committed to giving back and serving her community. She enjoys volunteering at her local Ronald McDonald house making dinner once a week, her local elementary schools after programs, Fill With Hope, Amarillo Angels and peer tutoring. She also has been involved with FCA, LEAD council and Key Club.
