2009-10 Basketball Roster
Biography
2008-09: Started all 27 games...averaged 5.4 points and 2.2 rebounds...second on the team with 86 assists and third in steals with 40...handed out a career-high eight assists in a 147-143 quadruple overtime loss at Abilene Christian on January 5, 2009...scored a season-high 21 points in the Pioneers’ 93-88 win versus West Texas A&M on January 8, 2009...scored in double digits in eight games and dished out four or more assists in 10 games...selected to the Lone Star Conference North Division Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2007-08: Started all 27 of the Pioneers’ games as a sophomore...averaged 6.2 points and 2.9 rebounds per game...led the Pioneers with 91 assists...made a TWU team-leading 26 three-point field goals...also led the Pioneers with a .394 three-point shooting percentage...tied the TWU school record with seven three point shots made and scored a career-high 27 points in the Pioneers’ 71-51 win at Eastern New Mexico on January 31, 2008...scored in double figures in four games and had one 20-point game...named to the 2008 LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...one of three TWU student-athletes to receive the 2008 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar award.
2006-07: Played in all 27 of the Pioneers’ games during her freshman season…started nine games and averaged 16.3 minutes per game…her 36 assists were the third-most on the TWU roster…also collected 21 steals…averaged 2.1 points per game and 1.6 rebounds per game…scored a season-high 12 points vs. Angelo State on February 24, 2007…pulled down a season-best six rebounds at Southern Arkansas on November 21, 2006…had four games where she dished out three assists.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Carrollton (TX) Christian Academy…as a senior, she was a first team TAPPS All-District 3-4A selection for Carrollton Christian and was chosen as the TAPPS District 3-4A Defensive Player of the Year…her efforts her senior season helped the Saints to a TAPPS Bi-District 3-4A Championship…played the first three years (2002-05) of her high school career at the The Colony (TX) High School…as a junior at The Colony, she was the District 7-5A Defensive Player of the Year…her sophomore season, she helped the Cougars to the District 7-5A championship and was selected as the District 7-5A Defensive Player of the Year…in her freshman season she earned a All-District 7-5A honorable mention distinction
PERSONAL: Born July 6, 1988…the daughter of Glenda Bolds…majoring in kinesiology…enjoys spending time with her friends and family in her free moments.
