Texas Woman's University Athletics

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played four years (2004-08) of varsity basketball at Martin's Mill (Texas) High School and led the Mustangs to the UIL Class 1A Texas State tournament in 2006, 2007, and 2008...in 2006 and 2008, her sophomore and senior seasons, she helped her squad win the state tournament and was named to the All-Tournament team..as a freshman in 2005, she was picked as the District 19-1A Newcomer of the Year...in 2006, she earned the District 19-1A Offensive Co-MVP award...in 2007, as a junior, she played her way onto the Class 1A All-State first team and the Region III first team in addition to repeating as the District 19-1A Offensive Co-MVP...as a senior in 2008, she was again tabbed for the All-State and All-Region first teams...she also grabbed a spot on the 2007-08 All-East Texas first team and won her first District 19-1A MVP trophy.

PERSONAL:  Taylor Lane is the daughter of Jeff and Missy Daniel...born on May 30, 1990...active the National Honor Society, Student Council, UIL Calculator, and yearbook while in high school...undecided about her major.
