Biography

AS A FRESHMAN (2025)
Eenhuis, in her first season with the Pioneers, helped guide TWU to their 13th National Title, as the Pioneers claimed the 2025 WCGNIC National Championship. The Pioneers also broke the record for highest team score with a 196.600 in Kitty Magee Arena on March 9 against NC State. Additionally, the Pioneers set a record for highest score in a season opener, scoring a 194.000 to open the season at home against Centenary. Eenhuis performed as an exhibition on bars and beam. She was named a 2025 MIC Scholar-Athlete, a 2025 WCGNIC Scholar-Athlete and to the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

PRIOR TO TWU

From Colorado Springs, Colo., Elly Eenhuis competed and trained with Incline Gymnastics. In 2022 and 2023, she was a Regional Qualifier. Then, in 2023, she was a named a Nationals First-Alternate. Success in the gym and success in the classroom remain strong cornerstones for Eenhuis, as she is a three-time academic letter winner. Eenhuis also holds a passion for community service and serving individuals with special needs.
