AS A JUNIOR (2023)
Gose helped lead the Pioneers to second in the USAG National Championship, fourth in MIC Championship, and the second highest GPA in the nation amongst all collegiate gymnastic programs. Individually, Gose finished second on vault at the USAG National Championship with a score of 9.763.

Gose had season highs of 9.8750 in floor, 9.85 in beam, and a 9.825 in vault. She was named to the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America list, and the CSC Academic All-District Team. Gose was also awarded USAG first team All-America honors on vault, All-MIC first team honors on beam and was named to the Fall 2022 LSC Honor Roll.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Gose scored a career high on vault at the Pioneers meet at Sacramento State on February 18. She tied for second on balance beam at the MIC Championships, earning first team all-conference honors. She also tied for second on vault at MIC's with an 9.825 to claim first team all-conference honors. She was named to the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. Gose helped lead the team to its 12th USAG National Championship, third MIC Championship and the highest GPA in the nation amongst all collegiate gymnastic programs. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
Captured the USAG National Championship in the vault after posting a career-high 9.8625... qualified for the championship final in the beam and floor... a six-time MIC Newcomer of the Week and MIC Newcomer of the Year... also named the WCGA Regional Gymnast of the Year... first team all-America pick in vault, beam, and floor... also earned first team all-MIC honors in each event... competed in 12 meets, making appearances in the vault, beam and floor in each... saved her best performances for the postseason meets, adding career highs of 9.925 in beam at the MIC Championships and 9.900 on floor at the USAG Championships. 

PRIOR TO TWU
Gose was a Junior Olympic Nationals qualifier in 2017, with an all-around score of 37.825... posted personal records of 9.700 on the vault, 9.675 on the beam, and 9.650 on the floor... trained at Elite Gymnastics Academy.
