Biography

AS A SOPHOMORE  (2024)
Radney started in 12 of 17 games this year for the Pioneers and recorded two goals (GW vs Ouachita). The freshman finished the season with one goal, four shots and two shots on goal. She helped TWU advance to their first Lone Star Conference Tournament semifinal since 2019 after defeating SEU in round one to advance to the semifinals.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
Radney started in 11 games for the Pioneers and recorded a goal in back to back games on Sept. 7 and Sept. 9. The freshman midfielder finished the season with two goals, 14 shots, and four shots on goal in 13 games played. She helped lead TWU to a historic 2023 season where they had the best start in program history (5-0), placed fourth in the Lone Star Conference, and reached the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship for the first time since 2019. Radney was also named to the Fall 2023 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO TWU
From Quinlan, Texas, Bailee Radney attended Ford High School and joins the Pioneers as a midfielder. A dual-sport athlete, Radney played soccer and volleyball, earning numerous accolades in both sports. She is a two-time First Team All-District honoree in soccer and was named Offensive MVP as a sophomore. In volleyball, she was a two-time First Team All-District honoree, a Second Team All-District member her sophomore year and the Newcomer of the Year during her freshman season.

Also committed to excellence in the classroom, Radney received the Academic Achievement Award for volleyball and soccer all four years of high school. She graduated as the Salutatorian of her class in 2023. She plans to major in nursing at TWU.

Radney played club soccer for Sting Dallas Royal ECNL.
