AS A SENIOR (2025)
Luna appeared in 23 games this year for the Pioneers. She ended the season with 11 assists, 40 shots, and 18 shots on goal. She contributed to a record setting season where the pioneers secured the most wins in program history, most road wins, most goals, assists, total points, shutouts, and consecutive wins.
AS A JUNIOR (2024)
Luna did not compete during the 2024 season as she continued her recovery from a knee injury sustained during her sophomore campaign. Despite being sidelined, TWU advanced to their first Lone Star Conference Tournament semifinal since 2019 after defeating SEU in the opening round.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)
Luna started in all 10 games she appeared in this year for the Pioneers and recorded a goal (GW) vs Oklahoma Baptist on Sept. 7. The sophomore midfielder finished the season with a goal, two assists, 14 shots and seven shots on goal. She helped lead TWU to a historic 2023 season where they had the best start in program history (5-0), placed fourth in the Lone Star Conference, and reached the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship for the first time since 2019. Luna was also named to the Fall 2023 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
AS A FRESHMAN (2022)
Luna started all 17 games for TWU and was the Pioneers’ leading scorer with two goals on the season and had the most minutes played with 1,470 minutes. The sophomore midfielder’s first career goal was in a 1-1 tie against Texas A&M International on Sept. 17, 2022. She added a second goal to her freshman campaign on Oct. 12, 2022 in a 1-1 with UT Tyler as well. Luna finished the season with 7 shots on goal out of 31 shots, one assist against Regis, and five total points. She also received LSC Commissioners' Honor Roll for both Fall and Spring semesters.Â
PRIOR TO TWU
From Arlington, Texas, Bri Luna, an outside midfielder and attacking midfielder, lettered four years in soccer at Lamar High School. During the 2019-20 season, she was named the 6A Newcomer of the Year. The next season, she was named the 6A Utility Player of the Year. She also played club soccer for DKSC 04 ECNL-RL.
