Reilley Ott

A decorated collegiate athlete, Reilley Ott entered the coaching environment as a Coaches’ Assistant at TWU in January 2022. 

Ott attended and played soccer at Michigan State University from 2015-19. During her time with the Spartans, Ott, a goalkeeper, was the captain of the Spartans in 2018. She was a two-time Academic All-Big Ten Selection (2017 and 2018). 

In 2018, Ott did not allow a goal in her first four games and tied a career-high 11 saves in a game against Washington on September 2, 2018. During the same season, she was also named Defensive Player of the Tournament at the Husky Nike Invitational and the Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week on September 4, 2018. 

Ott also recorded the second highest number of saves in a season with 110 in 2017 and the tenth highest number of saves in a season with 93 saves in 2018. 

She helped lead her team to a UWS National Championship in 2017. 

After finishing her playing career in 2019, Ott graduated with two degrees from Michigan State University: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Coaching Minor and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Woman and Gender Studies Minor. 

Prior to working at TWU, Ott worked as a Business Development Representative in Memphis, Tennessee for one and a half years.
