AS A SOPHOMORE (2024)
Gutierrez started in all 19 games this year for the Pioneers and recorded a team high six goals and three GW goals on 33 shots (13 SOG) along with an assist. She helped TWU advance to their first Lone Star Conference Tournament semifinal since 2019 after defeating SEU in round one to advance to the semifinals.

The Sophomore earned LSC Offensive Player of the Week honors in Week three for the first time in her career after scoring game-winning goals in back-to-back wins.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
Gutierrez appeared in all 19 games this year for the Pioneers and recorded three goals on the year (2 GW). The freshman forward finished the season with three goals, one assist, 18 shots and 11 shots on goal. She helped lead TWU to a historic 2023 season where they had the best start in program history (5-0), placed fourth in the Lone Star Conference, and reached the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship for the first time since 2019. Gutierrez was also named to the Fall 2023 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO TWU
Giselle Gutierrez attended Plano East Senior High School in Plano, Texas. A forward, she has played soccer for 10 years, while also playing basketball for two years. In 2022, she was named First Team All-District and Offensive MVP. Then, in 2023, Gutierrez earned First Team All-District honors and was named the Plano East Offensive Player of the Year. She additionally played club soccer with FC Dallas 05 for five seasons and Sting Black RL for one year.
