2009: Saw action in and started all 19 games... scored one goal on the season, a game-winner against Eastern New Mexico (10/10)... took 13 shots with five on goal.
2008: Played in 17 games while making 16 starts...fourth on the team in points (6)...scored two goals and assisted on two more...had 25 shots on the season including six shots on goal...recorded a career-high four points (one goal and two assists) at Texas Wesleyan on Sept. 2...named to the 2008 Lone Star Conference All-Academic team and ESPN the Magazine/ CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team.
2007: Started 17 - and played in 18 - of the Pioneers’ games during her junior season…her 30 shots were the fourth-most on the TWU roster…had nine multiple-shot games…fired four shots in two games, Sept. 16 vs. Incarnate Word and Sept. 30 vs. Northeastern State…an honorable mention choice to the 2007 Lone Star Conference All-Conference team…strong student earned a spot on the 2007 Lone Star Conference All-Academic team.
2006: Played in 18 games while making starting 13...totaled 12 shots including five shots on goal...had three multiple shot games.
HIGH SCHOOL: Horner is a 2006 graduate of Denton High School...a four-year letter winner in soccer for the Broncos...helped lead DHS to the UIL Class 4A State Championship in 2003 and 2004...was a three time All-District selection in high school...served as the Broncos’ team captain in both her junior and senior seasons...played soccer for the Mean Green, Hawks, Infinity, Tejanos, and Texans club teams...a member of Who’s Who Aomg American High School Students and the National Honor Roll...selected as the Dale Hansen’s WFAA Channel 8 Sports Scholar-Athlete of the Week in January 2006.
