AS A JUNIOR (2023)
Islas appeared in 13 games this year for the Pioneers and recorded an assist vs ENMU on Oct. 10. The junior defender finished the season with one assist, 14 shots and five shots on goal. She helped lead TWU to a historic 2023 season where they had the best start in program history (5-0), placed fourth in the Lone Star Conference, and reached the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship for the first time since 2019.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Islas started in all nine games she appeared in and played a total of 671 minutes. The junior defender finished the season with seven shot attempts and four shots on goal. She recorded her second career assist in a 2-1 loss to Ouachita Baptist on Sept. 10, 2022. Islas was named on the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll as well as the Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021) 
Islas saw action in 18 of the Pioneers 19 games and started in 15 of her appearances. She finished the season with three goals - one in TWU's 1-0 win at ENMU on Sept. 22, one in the Pioneers 2-0 win over Texas A&M - Commerce on Oct. 13, and one in the Pioneers 5-4 win at West Texas A&M on Oct. 16. She recorded one assist in the Pioneers 1-0 win over Bridgeport on Sept. 16. She finished the season with 27 shots, including a season high five shots at West Texas A&M. She also registered 15 shots on goal, including a season high three against West Texas A&M. Islas's goals against ENMU and Texas A&M - Commerce were game-winning goals. Islas was named to the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
