AS A SENIOR (2023)
Pool appeared in 29 matches for the Pioneers in her senior campaign. She finished with 243 kills on 506 total attacks, 12 assists, 24 digs, and 56 total blocks in 104 total sets played. Pool recorded a career high 20 kills on Sept. 22 against St. Mary’s. She helped lead TWU to a historic 2023 season where they had their best start to LSC play since 2015, returned to the LSC Championships for the first time since the 2019 season, and returned to the NCAA South Central Regional Rankings. Pool was also named to the LSC All-Conference First Team, College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team, and the Fall 2023 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)
Pool appeared in 58 sets across 21 matches for the Pioneers. She recorded nine solo blocks and 24 block assists white contributing 92 points. The senior middle blocker also tallied on 65 kills with 162 total attacks in her junior campaign. Pool was named to the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll and received the Division II Academic Achievement Award. She also helped the team receive its 16th consecutive USMC/AVCA Academic Award.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)
Pool saw action in 47 sets across 17 matches. She finished the season with 59 kills and 157 total attacks. She also recorded 19 digs, 30 block assists and 37.0 total blocks. As a whole, Pool accounted for 84.0 points on the season. She was second on the team in blocks per set (0.79). She recorded a career-high 14 kills and 19 points on October 19 against Southeastern Oklahoma. She also recorded a career-high eight total blocks on October 16 against Lubbock Christian. Pool was named to the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
Pool saw action in one match, competing against Texas A&M-Commerce.

PRIOR TO TWU
Cara Pool attended Denton Calvary Academy, where she played four sports (volleyball, basketball, cheer, and tennis). She also competed as a gymnast. Pool was a member of Club 940 volleyball. She was a second team all-state pick and a two-time all-district pick.
