Biography

PRIOR TO TWU
From Southlake, Texas, Charlise Smith has played both volleyball and basketball. She was awarded District 4-6A Honorable Mention in 2025 and 2026, she also was a part of the All Tournament Team at USAV Nationals. Smith helped lead her team to winning the DII 6A Champion 2025, Freedom USAV National Champions 2025, USAV USA Champions 2024, and most recently, USA Lonestar champions in 2026. Along with playing for her high school, she was a member of TExas Image 2021-2023, and Integrity 2024-2026. Academically, she has been awarded THSCA Academic All-State, Honorable Mention 2026, and AVCA Best and Brightest 2026. She will be majoring in Business.
