Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2022)
Williams played in 59 sets over 17 matches for the Pioneers. She finished with a career high 35 kills on 134 total attacks. The senior finished with eight digs and contributed 38 points. Williams recorded a season high in kills and total attacks with 10 kills on 33 total attacks on Oct. 19 against Midwestern State. She was listed on the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll and received the Division II Academic Achievement Award. She also helped the team receive its 16th consecutive USMC/AVCA Academic Award.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)
Williams saw action in 37 sets across 21 matches. She finished the season with 32 kills, including a career-high-tying 7 kills on October 29 against UT-Tyler. She also recorded 15 digs and 7 total blocks on the season. During her sophomore campaign, she accounted for 35.5 points. Williams was named to the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2020)
Williams saw action in 11 sets across seven matches. She posted a season-high of seven kills against Texas A&M-Commerce. 

PRIOR TO TWU
Lexi Williams prepped at Stonegate Christian Academy, where she earned four letters in volleyball, three in track, and one in basketball. Williams was a first-team all-state and all-district selection, and she was named district MVP.
