PRIOR TO TWU 
Most recently, Gómez played for two seasons at Weatherford College. While at Weatherford, she was named the Setter of the Year, All-Conference, All-Region 5 team and to the Dean's List all three semesters. During her sophomore season at Weatherford, she played in 148 sets across 40 matches. She recorded 912 assists, averaging 6.16 assists per set. She also finished with 57 service aces, 331 digs and 86.5 total points. During her freshman season, she played in 126 sets across 39 total matches, closing the season with 768 total assists, 51 service aces, 296 digs and 92.5 total points. In 2023, she helped lead Weatherford to their second straight NTJCAC Conference Title, in just their second season of action. Then, she helped the Coyotes repeat and earn their third straight title in 2024. During her sophomore season, Weatherford finished ninth at Nationals. Prior to attending Weatherford, Gómez played volleyball at V.R. Eaton. She also played club volleyball for Drive Nation and Tejas.
