 2009: Played in 30 matches while making 20 starts...appeared in 80 games and averaged 1.69 kills per game...fourth on the team in total blocks with 57....third in solo blocks with seven and block assists with 50...recorded six or more kills in 13 matches...had a season-high 13 kills and five blocks against Southwestern Oklahoma State on Oct. 22.

2008: Appeared in 28 matches while making 21 starts...fifth on the team with 165 kills and 416 total attacks...second in total blocks (65) and block assists (52)...led the team in solo blocks with 13...also had 66 digs and 16 service aces...recorded eight or more kills in nine matches...posted a career-high 16 kills against UT-Permian Basin on Sept. 12...recorded four or more total blocks in seven matches including seven against Texas Wesleyan on Sep. 6... selected as a Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 9 - Sept. 16.

2007: Started 26 of the Pioneers’ 28 matches in her freshman season…third on the team with 235 kills, 617 total attacks, and 304 points…had double-digit kills in nine matches, including a season-high 14 in a five-game win versus Eastern New Mexico on Oct. 13…was a force at the net as evidenced by her team-high 15 block solos…her 78 block assists and 93 total blocks were the second-most on the team…recorded six blocks in two matches (versus Ouachita Baptist on Sept. 8 and versus Eastern New Mexico on Oct. 13)…tallied five of her 15 service aces for the season in a five-game loss to Missouri Southern on Sept. 1…fourth amongst all TWU players with 2.76 points per game average…also had 35 digs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in volleyball for the Bellville (Texas) Brahmas in both 2005 and 2006...as a senior, she carried her team all the way to the 2006 UIL Region II-3A semifinals...as a junior, she led Bellville to the 2005 UIL Class 3A State Championship...was also named to the All-District 23-3A second team on two occasions and received her team’s 2006 Most Valuable Hitter and Fighting Heart awards...a member of the Texstar club team from Dec. 2006-April 2007...played two seasons of basketball and ran track for two years in high school...also chosen for numerous Academic All-District 23-3A teams for her work in the classroom at Bellville.

PERSONAL: Wilnette LyGene’ Traylor was born on June 24, 1989 and is the daughter of Willie and Lynette Traylor...a kinesiology major...spends her spare time singing, dancing, shopping and hanging out with friends and family.
