Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2025)
Rios competed in the 138 weight class in TWU Wrestling's third season, where the Pioneers qualified and competed at National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Coralville, Iowa. She competed in multiple tournaments this season for TWU as she placed third at the Red Lady Open on Jan. 4. Rios also competed at the NCWWC Women’s Regional and reached round two in the consolation bracket.  

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024)
Rios competed in the 130 weight class in TWU Wrestling's second season in program history, where the Pioneers sent three athletes to the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Rios finished her sophomore campaign at the Regional Championship Tournament where she placed sixth, respectively.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
Rios competed in TWU Wrestling’s first ever season where the Pioneers made history by sending five athletes to the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

PRIOR TO TWU
Attended R.L. Turner High School...two sport athlete in cross country and wrestling...Second Team Wrestling Academic All-State 2021-2022...First generation college student.
