AS A JUNIOR (2025)
Flaherty competed in the 145 weight class in TWU Wrestling's third season, where the Pioneers qualified and competed at National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Coralville, Iowa. She competed in multiple tournaments this season for TWU as she placed first at the Maverick Open on Nov. 2. Flaherty was also one match shy of making a trip to Iowa for Nationals as she placed sixth at the NCWWC Women’s Regional.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024)
Flaherty competed in the 143 weight class in TWU Wrestling's second season in program history, where the Pioneers sent three athletes to the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The freshman recorded her first tournament placement with the Pioneers after placing fourth at TWU’s first open tournaments at the Simon Fraser and Maverick Open on Saturday, Nov. 4.

PRIOR TO TWU
Maegan Flaherty transferred from the University of Oklahoma to wrestle at TWU. She will be competing in the 143 weight class. Flaherty is originally from Prosper, Texas and attended Prosper High School. She has a long list of accomplishments such as: State Runner Up, Regional Champion and District Champion in 2022, and two-time Academic All- State.
