AS A SOPHOMORE (2025)
Lozano competed in the 117 weight class in TWU Wrestling's third season, where the Pioneers qualified and competed at National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Coralville, Iowa.

AS A FRESHMAN (2024)
Lozano competed in the 123 weight class in TWU Wrestling's second season in program history, where the Pioneers sent three athletes to the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She had her freshman debut against Simon Fraser for TWU’s first dual in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. Lozano finished her freshman campaign at the Regional Championship Tournament where she placed eighth in the 116 class, respectively.

PRIOR TO TWU
Mia Lozano, the 123 pound freshman from Alamo, Texas, attended PSJA Memorial Early College High School and wrestled at Lightning Wrestling Club. She is a first-generation college student. Lozano has been wrestling for three years, but she has been two-time District Champion and Academic All-District in 2022 and 2023.
