Samaria Barnett from Converse, Texas, attended Judson High School. She has competed in soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, and wrestling. She was a part of Team Texas for a year and Takedowncity for three. She was a four-time state qualifier, a two-time state runner-up, and a one-time state champion. At the regional level, Barnett placed first twice, second once, and third once, and at the district level she earned three first-place finishes and one second-place finish. Barnett was recognized as Team MVP three times, Academic All-District four times, and the Rocket Pride Award once. She earned Alamo City Girls Wrestler of the Year honors three times and served as team captain for three years. Some postseason appearances include Fork Style Champ, Freestyle Champ x2, Roman Greco Runner up, Team Texas qualifier, and Fargo Qualifier.  This fall, she is majoring in Kinesiology.
