Morgan Lair joined the Texas Woman's University athletic communications staff in November 2021. In her first position as a Sports Information Director, Boling brings a passion for sharing the stories of others and a true love for athletics to the Pioneer family. After serving as the SID for one year, Lair was promoted to the Assistant Athletic Director of Communications in July 2022. 

Most recently, Lair was honored as a member of the College Sports Communicators 30 Under 30 Class in 2025. Lair currently serves as the Chair of the Lone Star Conference Sports Information Directors' Committee.

In 2024, Lair was honored as the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association Administrator of the Year. Lair was named the 2023 College Gym News Sports Information Director of the Year for her coverage of the Texas Woman's gymnastics team. Additionally, she was named a 2023 TWU Campus Leader with a Heart honoree, and a recipient of the 2024 TDUB Award. 

Additionally, she serves College Sports Communicators as a member of the Young Professionals Committee and Academic All-America Committee. 

Lair has additionally worked as the Press Conference Moderator at the NCAA Women's Gymnastics National Championships from 2023-24. Additionally, she served on the media relations team as a volunteer for the 2023 Women's Basketball Final Four in Dallas, Texas. 

Lair currently oversees the communication department at Texas Woman's and serves as the primary contact for volleyball, basketball, gymnastics and artistic swimming. 

A native of Somerville, Tennessee, Lair went to high school at Fayette Ware Comprehensive High School, where she lettered in basketball, soccer, cross country and track and field. 

Following her graduation in 2016, Lair went to college at Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Oklahoma. 

While an Eagle, Lair played four years of varsity soccer, earning the Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award four times. She was also named the Sports Management Student of the Year twice, 2019 and 2020.

Additionally, Lair participated in many on-campus activities to strengthen her leadership skills and grow her job experience. She served as the Sports Editor for The Talon, the campus newspaper, for three years. She also held leadership positions in her social service club, serving as the Athletic Director in 2018-19 and President in 2019-20. 

Lair gained experience working in athletics in a variety of capacities, prior to TWU. While a student, she worked as the Assistant Director of Intramurals. Additionally, during her senior year, she held the position of Event and Entertainment Associate for the Oklahoma City Blue, the G-League affiliate of the Oklahoma City Thunder. 

Outside of Oklahoma Christian, Lair also volunteered at the Women's Big 12 Basketball Championship as an event staff member, and she worked with the social media team for the Women's College World Series, both in Oklahoma City. 

After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management in 2020, Lair returned to Oklahoma Christian to obtain her Master's Degree, while working in the Athletic Communications office. 

Lair served as the Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant for three seasons. During this time, Lair authored feature stories and game wrap-ups, voiced soccer and volleyball play-by-play, managed social media accounts and oversaw game operations. 

Lair graduated in April 2022 with her Master of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Oklahoma Christian.
