DENTON, Texas (Oct. 28, 2026) – The Texas Woman's volleyball team returns to the road this weekend for a pair of Lone Star Conference matchups against Cameron and Oklahoma Christian.

The Pioneers (8-15, 5-8 LSC) will face Cameron (2-22, 2-11 LSC) on Friday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m. in Lawton, Okla., before continuing their road trip against Oklahoma Christian (15-10, 8-5 LSC).

TWU enters the weekend following a two-match homestand at Kitty Magee Arena.

The Pioneers battled Lubbock Christian in a five-set contest on Friday, Oct. 23, before bouncing back with a four-set victory over Midwestern State on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Against Midwestern State, the Pioneers delivered a strong performance to secure their fifth conference victory of the season. TWU's offensive attack was led by a balanced effort, while the Pioneers defensive presence helped secure the four-set win.

Both matches will be streamed live on FloCollege, with live statistics available through StatBroadcast.

The Pioneers continue to showcase a strong defensive presence, averaging 17.0 digs and 2.2 blocks per set.

Through 23 matches, TWU has recorded 1,074 kills and 990 assists while hitting .170 as a team. The Pioneers average 12.3 kills and 11.4 assists per set.

At the service line, TWU has totaled 113 aces and averages 1.3 per set.

Defensively, the Pioneers have collected 1,481 digs and 190 total blocks. TWU has also held opponents to a .187 hitting percentage while allowing 12.2 kills per set.

Cameron enters Friday's matchup with a 2-22 overall record and a 2-11 mark in conference play.

The Aggies have recorded 888 kills and 829 assists while hitting .135 as a team. Cameron averages 10.0 kills and 9.3 assists per set.

At the service line, Cameron has totaled 107 aces and averages 1.2 per set.

Defensively, the Aggies have collected 1,342 digs and average 15.1 digs per set. Cameron has also recorded 145 total blocks and averages 1.6 blocks per set.

Cameron has allowed opponents to hit .231 while surrendering 13.7 kills per set.

Oklahoma Christian enters the weekend with a 15-10 overall record and an 8-5 mark in LSC play.

The Eagles have recorded 1,213 kills and 1,132 assists while hitting .229 as a team. Oklahoma Christian averages 13.2 kills and 12.3 assists per

At the service line, Oklahoma Christian has totaled 150 aces and averages 1.6 per set.

Defensively, the Eagles have collected 1,399 digs and average 15.2 digs per set. Oklahoma Christian has also recorded 156 total blocks and averages 1.7 blocks per set.

Oklahoma Christian has allowed opponents to hit .222 while surrendering 12.5 kills per set.

In the LSC rankings, TWU ranks third in blocks per set (2.18) and fourth in digs per set (17.02), while ranking seventh in opponent hitting percentage (.187). The Pioneers also rank ninth in kills per set (12.34) and 10th in assists per set (11.38).

Cameron ranks 10th in digs per set (14.91) and 13th in blocks per set (1.63). The Aggies also rank 16th in service aces per set (1.20) and 17th in kills per set (9.95) and assists per set (9.28).

Oklahoma Christian ranks fourth in hitting percentage (.229) and kills per set (13.18), while ranking fifth in assists per set (12.30) and points per set (16.51). The Eagles also rank seventh in service aces per set (1.63) and eighth in digs per set (15.21).
